Preventive maintenance procedures are designed to proactively identify and
address equipment problems before they actually occur. This service will keep
your equipment in the best possible working order and significantly reduce
unscheduled downtime.
Our Customer Engineers will scan each system to detect and correct disk
fragmentation, virus infection, memory utilization, network and other
performance problems. Systems and peripherals are then thoroughly cleaned. Upon
completion, a report is provided to the end-user and/or system administrator,
detailing any problems identified and corrected.
