This information will be collected electronically and a database will be created in our systems so it can be updated and changed as necessary. The following are examples of the type of information that will be recorded:

• Manufacturer name, model number

• User name and identification number

• Machine configuration (i.e., memory, installed cards)

• Attached peripherals 

• Warranty status

The physical inventory can be an integral part of your asset-management requirements. Reports regarding inventory status will be generated and delivered to your management staff at regularly scheduled intervals.
